This is an absolutely fantastic edit. Technically it's amazing and I love all the added scenes. It's a new take on Godfather: A Novel for Viewing, as it would seem. The Widescreen picture at times is very clear and enjoyable. I detected nothing wrong narratively with this latest V2. 10/10!
 
Ok so recently I bought The Godfather trilogy on blu-ray and watched all 3 of them in a row on friday. Then yesterday I was browsing through the Bonus Disc and noticed that the deleted scenes were on there as well (which I didn't have a clue about when I bought it).

And after watching those I was just blown away once again and immediately started googling if there was an extended edition of the trilogy in existance with all the deleted scenes still in there. That's how I came here.

It's needless to say that I'm now really, really interested in this chronological epic edit and would love to download it, but I don't see any links?
I've noticed that below the cover image it says Available February 28th, so am I right in thinking that the download links will be available then?

My apologies if this is a stupid question, and it probably is, but I'm obviously still very new to this forum.

Thanks in advance for any help on this issue and thank you so very much for making this edit. I just want to say that it really is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your effort in doing this.

It's 40th anniversary week for The Godfather. I plan on watching this!
 
The new amc has all the footage restored in hd right? Can these new restored scenes be incorporated into this fanedit

Doubtful due to copyright rules. As far as I can tell, all the sources for this edit were legit such as VHS or Laserdisc (and of course DVD for the regular scenes). To incorporate the HD versions of the deleted scenes you would have to rip them from TV, which is a no-no for this site. Of course, if the deleted scenes are on the BD then it's all good (but I doubt that). And of course, if Paramount/Coppola wise up they'll release a proper DVD/BD of the Chronological Version in HD, which would be awesome.
 
Fantastic job! I have the first version. However ,are the links at Fanedit.info for the Revised version? The files are not named as version 2. I'm confused. Thanks so much.
