I think that video is best here, rather than have it's own thread.
 
^ Seems like a glitch from the merging of threads. 

Moreover, at the risk of nitpicking, I don't even consider that Dunkirk video to be an "essay", even though the editor calls it one. There's no argument or opinion; it's just a re-ordering of certain scenes, and as such, IMO, more properly belongs in the Dunkirk film thread.

BUCKAROO BANZAI is easily one of my favourite movies of ALL TIME.
When other movies come and go, BB always remains in my Top Ten list

For me, it is one of the best, if not, thee BEST SUPERHERO MOVIE EVER MADE.  Seriously.

Stumbled upon this neat essay that discusses BB's importance and appeal.

This was a satisfying watch. Patrick's stuff, in general, is super high quality. He's really standing out from the hordes of 'Every Frame A Painting' ripoffs.
