^ This. This part is huge, and so many can't get it right. theryaney has done a really good job with it.

We haven't used this in a while, for a couple reasons. Years ago, we had a bunch of contributors on the forums that weren't really editors, but they made a lot of covers. Most of the people working on covers now are faneditors, and personally I think the faneditor badge is more distinguished than cover artist.
We'll happily apply it to someone's account if they want.
