I subscribed a month or so ago, just to keep tabs on Man of Steel.
This thread doesn't allow discussion, it's just one long pictures thread, really awesome:

In STANKPACs link, you'll also see a guy in a mo-cap suit walking next to Faora, with a pole on his head (as a reference point). Everyone's guessing as to who it might be (most obvious ones are Doomsday and Parasite).

^ Overall I like the new look of the costume, the blue tone is more realistic and the fabric feels leathery rather than plain spandex. I'm just not sure about the 'decorations' it has on the sides/back of the torso and legs.

That last picture was supposed to represent his Kryptonian battlesuit, not his actual Superman suit. He would have worn that after having been resurrected, but with temporary loss of powers.

Not much of a fan of the "patchwork" quality of this. It looks closer to a Green Lantern suit than the Superman costume we all know.

Ah, so thats what that was intended for eh. I had some time ago come across these pics of the unfinished props for the Kevin Smith penned / potentially Burton directed project:

And thought .... geez, perhaps its better that it never got made. That clarification perhaps would have made more sense.

This movie feels more and more like they are going to get it right this time. Still not thrilled about Zod again, but I'm willing to see what they do with the script.
