Exactly, in the original chariot race you knew everything happening was real, making it more shocking when someone was pulverized by a chariot. Not the same impact as watching something obviously cgi where you accept it as fake from the get go.kellenpure said:I like Ben Hur: Prince of Jerusalem. CGI has it's uses, but seems like now it's just the easy way out to minimize construction and make-up.
