Most new users don't bother reading our rules. Here's the one that is ignored almost immediately upon signup: DO NOT ASK FOR FANEDIT LINKS PUBLICLY. First, read the FAQ. Seriously. What you want is there. You can also send a message to the editor. If that doesn't work THEN post in the Trade & Request forum. Anywhere else and it will be deleted and an infraction will be issued.
If this is your first time here please read our FAQ and Rules pages. They have some useful information that will get us all off on the right foot, especially our Own the Source rule. If you do not understand any of these rules send a private message to one of our staff for further details.
I wanted to post my review of your edit on the site, and even Ollie W's Superman Part II, but the IFDB site doesn't show me a way to post it. Any reason for this?
Maybe you're making a joke, but I'm pretty sure I said to you after I previewed it that I wouldn't watch the final cut if you kept the terrible ending.
If you read your pm to me, you will find that you didn't make such a statement, only that you didn't like how it ended.
But more importantly: Art doesn't always follow one's own preference. If you don't like a certain interpretation or an ending, that's fine. That shouldn't prevent you from posting a review.

If a regular poster like MWRK didn't figure it out, it's probably even more difficult for newbies. Maybe it would be more intuitive, if the button "Add new review" were visible for all viewers, signed in or not.
And when the "not-signed in" click on it, a window could appear telling them that they need to sign in, with the possibility to do it in that window right away.
