Is it actually an Alien prequel as I heard it was at first then they altered the story so it wasn't?

Looking at the poor video quality leaked teaser it is clear that it is the same world as Alien.
We clearly the "Space Jockey" at mark 0:38, in the same big " room" as in Alien
Does the story really leads to the events of Alien. I think yes. Even though it may not be the main purpose of Prometheus.
 
Remember ridley saying something along the lines of "i realized there was a question nobody had asked yet" Maybe he meant what was around the corner in the alien cave?

A bit of a long shot though i suppose.

Maybe the cave in prometheus is from another space jockey ship, the egg type things in the new film are human-type eggs, not alien eggs? Something like that? Wasnt it mentioned that prometheus dealt with the origins of human kind?

Official pictures and teaser trailers will do good enough for me until June.
 
Same here. Plus i like to theorize, lol, wouldnt be able to theorize if i go and read a script or something, though i read predators before i saw it :lol:
