Wapner, no.
Next you'll say Rusty the bailiff is gone.

If it makes you feel any better, I learned from that article that his son is also a judge.

Saw that earlier today. I real loss. Wish I could muster a Marvin Berry joke, but not yet...

Damn, I thought he was immortal.

One of my favourite clips, a classic Chuck set on the BBC back in '72. You gotta see/hear the version of 'My ding a ling' at the 40 minute mark for the way he plays with the audience's reaction and has a sing-a-long...

hahaha, that was a lot of fun. Chuck was really an amazing entertainer. Thanks for sharing.

My favourite part of the Hail Hail Rock n Roll documentary is Chuck Berry trying to teach Keith Richards how to play Oh Carol without ripping his head off. Chuck's little laugh about 1:13 says it all.

I'd go out on a limb and say he was taking a piss out of Keith a bit there :p

Slight Correction, no biggie, but the song title is Carol, released  on Chess in 1958.

Rickles was a true comedic master.   While his humour was mostly built around insults and cut downs, he never came across as cruel or mean or vulgar.  He always had that wonderful glint in his eye, that you knew everything he said was in good fun.

If you ever get a chance, check out this wonderful documentary....

Charlie Murphy dead at 57.

Wow what a shock for me. I was worried about his health when I watched "Black Jesus" because he looked so damn thin, now it makes sense. RIP Brother Darkness.
