Okay, time to vote!

Another close month!

More to be voting plz.

I watched 4 of these edits.

The Hobbit: There and Back Again, Part I by Menbailee

This was a good edit. I quite liked The Hobbit when I first saw it but the second time was really bored and saw a lot of flaws. This didn’t “fix” everything for me but it was much more enjoyable.

A/V Quality - 9
Editing - 10 visual, 9 audio
Narrative - 8
Enjoyment - 8 (original 7)

Indy 4 Covenant Edition by TM2YC

Good fanedit. Quality was great. Editing overall was good but a little sloppy at times. Could have spent more time on some things, such as the opening shot transitions. Color correction is pretty damn solid, great work on that. Movie is much more bearable. Recommended.

A/V Quality - 10
Editing - 8 visual, 10 audio
Narrative - 7
Enjoyment - 7 (original 4)

LOST I - Genesis by Radzinsky

Excellent edit! I definitely look forward to the rest of this series. The structure worked 100%. I especially enjoyed how you played certain episodes out side by side. And kudos for Jack's flashbacks in the beginning. At times it felt episodic but that's unavoidable with this type of edit. Overall I really enjoyed this, it reminded me of why LOST was such a great show. And it's always great to look deeper into earlier episodes once you know the end.

No audio issues on my end.

Quality - 10
Editing - 8 visual, 10 audio
Narrative - 9
Enjoyment - 8 (original 8)

LOST II - Numbers by Radzinsky

Very solid Part II in Radzinsky’s LOST series. The pacing was excellent, moving swiftly but stopping to give the audience time to take it in. I would have liked to have seen a little more in the flashback department but what was shown was sufficient for this story. Quality was great but I watched on phone so I don’t know how it will look on your ultraslick 3D TV.

No audio issues at all on my end.

A/V Quality - 10
Editing - 8 video, 10 audio
Narrative - 9
Enjoyment - 8 (original 9)

I'll be closing it at midnight PST. So two hours and 9 minutes from now.

Congrats Menbailee! Solid edit dude.

congrats, barefoot man! enjoyed your edit, which made the hobbit watchable.

Congrats Menbailee!

Thanks g1orkatsos, Neg, ssj, and Gatos! TM2YC contributed a modified matte for the edit as well as the DVD cover, so he deserves credit here also. And thanks to Frink and other folks in the forums--I was going to do something stupid with the video, and they convinced me not to.

On to September! I have some catching up to do.
