I enjoyed Penny Dreadful S01.
Read poor reviews of S02 and did not watch.
Do you recommend S02?

I thought that S02 was pretty great and despite what some people say, S03 was also good.  The ending just felt a little rushed as they introduce a big new character and then the show just kind of ends.

Thank you @"strawhat262" for taking the time to post a review.

Always good keep one's childhood alive, and despite negative critic reviews, I still think LXG is a pretty fun escapist adventure of childhood heroes and monsters.  ;)

Thank you @"Dingo" for taking the time to post a review.  :D

Despite the bad rap it gets, LXG still remains a guilty pleasure for me.

My pleasure. I like the film, and the fan edit even more. Thanks for doing it.

THANK YOU to @recordwrangler95 for posting a review.

While LXG bares little resemblance to Alan Moore's seminal work, I gotta admit, I still really enjoy the theatrical adaptation. Yes, it is a bit of mess, but for me, it is a pulpy fun mess. 😂

Awww. Gotcha. Thanks for the info. Too bad there isn't an updated HD version.

@BuffShipper THANK YOU for your Review.

The use of a sepia tone for Africa, a gray tone for Europe, and a blue tone for Mongolia was genius.....
The idea to use different colours for different locations, I "borrowed" (lol) from the classic 1940 movie THE SEA HAWK starring Errol Flynn. :)

On a side note, just have to say that the score by Erich Korngold for Robin Hood gets a lot of love, but really doesn't hold a candle to the genius of his work on The Sea Hawk.
