After viewing a number of hobbit edits I decided to make my own. Many editing choices imitate or are inspired by the edits of others like TM2YC, Stromboli Bones, Q2, DonKamillo, and M4_, which are all excellent edits. My main objections with the original films are poor cgi elements like the white orc (which I also find an unneeded distraction from the main story) and excessive or unnecessary action sequences and attempts at humor. This edit is based on the extended edition.

-bilbo seeing gollum drop ring and kill orc
-joined bilbo/gollum scenes
-goblin tunnel chase that was placed between bilbo/gollum scenes
-Azog appearance (added warg howls)
-restructured pine trees sequence to remove Azog
-trimmed eagle flight and carrock to remove injured Thorin (used eric1894 vfx shots)
