Tax Write Off TV Shows?

I wondered if these TV shows removed from Max and other streaming services like Final Space, Close Enough, or Infinity Train could be uploaded here. Since owning these is impossible, would you require written approval from the creators? I'm not sure what the process would be like, but there are some great opportunities for preservation and remixing these amazing shows so that they continue to have this afterlife. Making them into movies or streamlining them would be great. Maybe if they did, they'd be more popular and up, but they probably were, and the WBD bigwigs were likely just on something. What do you think that process would be like?
