Question about editing out music

Is it possible to edit out the music track in a scene that has dialogue in it? I'm working with DVD-Lab Pro but am very new to it.

Also note, that DVD Lab Pro is NOT editing software, it is DVD authoring software. You either need advanced video or audio editing software to do the job first, before you can author a DVD with DVD lab pro.
