Hi folks I'm very new to all this fan edit malarky. Can anyone help me out in regards to what are the best editing software there is, the cheaper the better. I just finished editing all 3 spider-man films into one epic story with avs video editor, i used the free version so there's a watermark on the screen. I've tried windows movie maker but me no likey.

Can anyone suggest cheap or free editing software I can use? My missus thinks I'm a geek so at the moment the purse strings are firmly closed!

Can anyone also help with how to download the fan edits I use u torrent but every time I find a torrent to down load there are 0 seeders.

For downloading, go to fanedit.info and look around, especially in the jdownloader section.

Womble is a pretty good choice. There is a 30 day free trial so you can get a feel for it. There are also very helpful posts about how to use the editing program around here. Welcome!

Thanks for the replys, I chose Womble in the end I've not started with it yet but I've had a quick look and it seems pretty good. I look forawrd to sharing my fan edits as and when they're produced.
