What you want is there. You can also send a message to the editor. If that doesn't work THEN post in the Trade & Request forum. Anywhere else and it will be deleted and an infraction will be issued.

I saw a Rough Cut of this and was very impressed. The intercutting of the B&W and colour scenes was very well done, and the narrative told in this edit does make more sense than the original. I picked up a couple things watching this edit that I missed on my watches of Memento. This edit may even be superior to the original, at least as a conventional film. While I liked the disjointed editing of the original, those who didn't will definitely prefer this edit. At the very least, it's an imaginative and unique take on the source material. Overall, I highly recommend this edit for Nolan fans,
