Is there a thread for past winner? I wanted to use it as a checklist to start watching fan edits - but I only see the 2021 winners.

That list includes FEOTM winners as well as FEOTY winners FYI. Some of those edits are from the last year and so haven't been entered into FEOTY as of yet. There would be considerably less FEOTY winners simply because it didn't run for a little while and has only come back in the last couple of years.
