As a matter of fact there is a Phantom Menace edit out there that completely revoiced Jar Jar Binks as well as some other characters afaik. I never got around to watching it unfortunately but it had some great ideas!

I previewed it as Phase3 was working on it. It is very good. Much better Jar Jar even if he does sound like Darth Vader speaking in a megaphone now. 😁😉
