Does A Pure Color Grade Count As A Fanedit?

The Blu-Ray for Peninsula has this disgusting green tinge over the entire film that is incredibly distracting as you can see in this comparison.

Focus on the black of his shirt and the color of his face. The original Blu-ray (Left) has washed out colors and the aforementioned green tinge. I lowered the green levels and shifted the black and white levels ever so slightly to get a better contrast compared to the original. Other than that I haven't made any other changes. My question is whether or not a pure re-grade counts as a Fanedit or not.
 
It doesn't count for the purposes of listing on ifdb but you're welcome/encouraged to discuss such an edit on the forums.
