I don’t know how to color grade. I just need someone to color grade my fanedit of Batman Forever to match the colors in this video. I absolutely will be very happy, thankful and credit whoever the person is that could do this, if this is even a possible thing to ask to do.

Why not try and learn how to do it by yourself?
As I've already told you, this is mostly some contrast/saturation/brightness/gamma/exposure tweaking + color balance changes if necessary. For 35mm look adding a film grain plate / effect may be helpful sometimes, and some flickering too.

I guess your software should have such options, but I am not familiar with it so I can't help with detailed settings. But one thing is certain - it would be way more satisfying to do that by yourself.
