Cheap Womble

Got free Womble once before - but new Womble always tends to give me audio trouble. P'raps we should be migrating to Vegas, if I could ever work out how to use it.

I haven't had audio trouble with new Womble so far. Do you mean popping and the like that isn't dealt with by the fades and the usual options?

I have a couple of edits left to do that mostly involve straight cuts, so Womble is perfect for those as I don't lose picture quality. When I am on to more ambitious edits, I'll buy a new piece of software, though I'm thinking it might be Premiere rather than Vegas.

I need to work out why every time I make uncompressed AVI in Virtualdubmod something seems to have squashed the picture. I wish there were another tool for making uncompressed AVI. I'll get there eventually...
