changing framerate in Womble

Here is more info some might find useful for various reasons

I do not think many people are aware that you can change the framerate of your project on the timeline

to do this, right click anywhere on the timeline where it shows the runningtime chart above the video line. Framerate will be the very top option and you can set it here.

Works good if for whatever reason you have to remove a pulldown flag to help sync a commentary track, etc
