many of the cuts were ones that would have contradicted the Burton/Shumacher films such as a reference to facing Ra's before, roughly 18 minutes were cut. Two episodes were: "The Demons Quest Parts 1 & 2", "Avatar", and "Showdown"

Goal With this Edit: Make a campy/light edit of Batman: The Animated series for the third title in my line of DCAU Batman films, it also makes the fifth film in the Burton/Shumacher series.

Symnopsis: Batman faces off against Ra's Al Ghul when Dick Grayson is kidnapped away at college. Bruce is then reunited with a one time love, Talia, who he later finds out is the daughter of the felon who has kidnaped his young ward.

I have some things to say about the edit, not all of them are great but not bad either.

I thought the editing was well done and the story flowed nicely, though I think I would have liked to see Batman and Robin fighting some crime between when Ras perishes in the Lazarus Pit and when he comes back for the scroll. As it is, you transition saying that nine days pass between those events, yet a few minutes later Alfred says that months have passed since Ras fell in the pit. That definitely needs to be fixed.

As for the video quality, I understand it is an avi but I guess I was just hoping for me as I've been spoiled with some great looking avis. There is this colored static bar across the bottom of the video simply just caused by the avi process you used, but it is distracting and will hopefully be rectified if there is a future release. For nearly a gig and at only an hour, this AVI should look much better.

As for what I said earlier, if you are going to polish this any further, maybe you should try to add in more fighting of Batman and Robin fighting other enemies to hope smooth the passage of the time and show that they are not worried about Ras anymore. As it is, Robin just disappears about halfway through the film, and an added scene or two can be used to show that Batman has decided to fight this one on his own. Maybe the scene from "Robin's Reckoning" where Bruce tells Robin that he can't go after Zucko could be a good place to get enough material to explain why Robin isn't involved with the end of the film.
