Applying LUTs in Vegas

I was able to use the color correction tool that @hbenthow mentioned, and I was able to successfully create a LUT (.cube file), but I can't figure out how to actually apply it in Vegas. I tried watching this tutorial, but the LUT FX option they're talking about doesn't seem to exist in my version of Vegas (Pro 14). Any tips?

I have Vegas Pro 15, and it's done by going to effects and applying the LUT plugin, then opening the plugin and selecting the .cube file. However, I think that version 14 doesn't come with a LUT plugin built in, but it can use some free ones, such as this one:
