I've always considered the first amazing Spider-Man a decent reboot of the wall crawler, in spite of the fact that it felt like a remake of Sam Raimi's original 2002 movie. This edit makes me appreciate it even more by restoring small yet significant bits of the story, creating a more cohesive and complete picture. While the film is far from the best Spider-Man film, this version is a major upgrade over the theatrical version and it is done seamlessly. Excellent job
