    Do you have to slow soundtracks down by 99.9%?

    I remember seeing someone adding in music from the Empire Strikes Back score back into the film that they had to slow the music down by 0.1% to match up with the 23.976 framerate. Is this something you need to do in order for the music to sync properly?
