So I tried putting the demuxed streams into womble. The AC3 works fine. However the m2v has some problems. The first is it doesn't show up in the folder, i have to change the setting to "All Files" for it to be visible. Then when I load it, it only shows up as a very very tiny sliver of video. When I play it, it is a blank screen that lasts for 23 seconds or so. Has this happened to anyone? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Have you run it through a GOP fixer? Womble has one built in btw.

Ahhh, no I have not. I will give that a try.

That is normal for Womble and m2v files. It always does that. nOm's suggestion of the GOP fixer is a good place to start. I assume you have read adigitalman's guide.

You might also find Tranzor's thread informative.

Thanks Captain! I've looked over ADM's Guide several times before but I realize now I'd just skimmed them. I read it carefully this time and it has a lot of info I had been missing. Thanks.

Skipping any small detail in that guide can lead to major problems.
