Hi, I want to convert my vob dvd files to mov for quicktime player playback, and to also edit in adobe premiere pro, but I just cannot seem to file the appropriate converter.

Eek, help. :-o

I would use Womble or flaskmpeg to convert it to MPG, then Sorensen Media (or what's its name) to convert it to quicktime.

But perhaps there's an easier way?

well i dont know about easier, but converting twice like you mentioned might give you some additional quality loss. If you cant find an application that rips directly from DVD to mov, I would demux the vob files (you can use pgcDemux), and them mux them back together into an .mpg file (you can use TMPGEnc). Then you will have an mpg file without converting, that you can use in the Sorensen Media that T-Hope has suggested
