I just bought the latest version of topaz video enhancer ai,

& was wondering can I possibly upscale videos for people

doing fanedits that either don't have the money for the program($200)

or don't have the hardware up to specs to run the program.

I have a decent high end pc that is more than capable of running the program fully optimized,

so video files come out at a fairly good speed(like watching a movie in slow motion).

Is this alright or does it violate the rules?

And if it is alright where do I post such an offer?

i imagine you helping out faneditors regarding upscaling SD footage is okay as long as all parties own the source material...and if not the offer is a gracious one (y) (y)
