I am using Ulead Media Studio Pro 8's video-editor for editing videos. For the last video, I had to deactivate smart packaging in the options menu whne creating a video. This in order so the program would completely render the video from scratch because the rendered version in its memory contained some hidden or lost frames who should not have been there. This worked great.

However...
Now if I want to preview every new video I'm creating, by pressing the space button, it starts to render the whole video from scratch, while smart packaging is even activated. I can't preview normally anymore, just by quickly pressing the space bar. :-(

How do I get this function back? Because editing is a hell now everything I quickly want to preview a simply cut I did and it needs to completely render the video from scatch...

here is my ulead screen:

In the preview window I have the button to the right activated for instant play.

Thanks again boon. Now it works. I think I went wrong the button had to be "clipped" or how you call it. Woohoo, I can continue video editing! :)

I am glad I could help :)
