yes! I already have.
BUT PGCDemux does a lot of what this does for free AND there is another freeware program to split into the single audio channels too, from what I remember(just not the name of the program though).
 
I believe I was the first to use cinematize lol. I use it and love it. It may have cost a little money but it's worth it, not just for fanedits. I also have a radio show at my school and I use to to extract audio clips from movies if i want to nix the music and keep the dialogue. Use your imagination.

BeSweet. Also converts AC3 to OGG and so on. If you have the right software you can even convert AC3 to DTS!
 
besweet is very basic, but a good program. Main disadvantage about is that you cannot set the volume level and don't have a normalize option.
As for extracting to single channels it cannot be used, but is is good to make ac3 from wave. Better is Sony Vegas.
