If you simply google 'subtitle translator' you can find several website wehere you can upload an srt and select a language to translate to. It's pretty good I've used it a plethora of times myself.

What can I say, I consider subtitles from translators to be useless. I would never watch any movie with somthing like that.

I've watched several Japanese movies that had english subtitles and succesfully translated them to Dutch. But your mileage may vary, obviously there will be the occasionaly grammatical error.

Text translated by web translators from english to polish (which is my native language) is way less understandable to me than english.

Yeah, I suppose not every language is equally well translated.
