Your collages are utterly surreal, Duracell.

Here's what I posted over at OT.com's art thread:

I've got a few doodles I drew when I was bored in lectures over the past year or so.

Spock (old drawing)
82tnKhe.jpg

A few days ago I started watching the original show again, and found my original doodle looked a bit more like an older Spock. I can't quite figure out how to draw Kirk.

Some more doodles of dubious quality:

Tried drawing William Hartnell as the first 'Doctor Who' from memory. My pencil was pretty dull, so I wasn't really able to draw too many details, but I'm quite pleased with it.

The First Doctor

I've drawn quite a bit more since then.  I've made some edits to the First Doctor, and added in the Second and Third.  I've also managed to draw a Captain Kirk that looks somewhat decent.  Still a long way to go before I'd say this is anything more than bored doodles.

I edited a few posts (including the OP) to put the pictures in spoiler tags.  A few pictures is fine, beyond that please use spoilers.  Thanks.

John Lucas, a comic pro (not a big name, but he's done a fair amount of work for the Big Two, among others) was at my local comic shop this week.  He drew a Superman for me, and I love it.

Is that modeled after Dean Cain?

Maybe.  I can see that now that you mention it, although while he was drawing it he was telling me about a time at a con when he met Brandon Routh, who he described as "the most beautiful man" he'd ever met.

Either he was saying that unrelated, or he got the names mixed up. That is not Brandon Routh no matter how you look at it. But I agree with Brandon Routh being beautiful. I'm so glad he has his own newer DC series, though that being said I haven't watched much Legends of Tomorrow. He is my favorite actor to portray Superman though, despite me having not seen Superman Returns in its entirety (First time was in theatres, I was a small child and fell asleep at the beginning. Second time, was a few months ago, the night after we saw Justice League, me and my sister started Watching it, but she got too bored).
He's also great in Scott Pilgrim.
I think I might try to draw Brandon Routh.

In the comics universe, that may be taken literally.

I love the Stan Lee devil implication. That would work for the MCU too.

Seriously though the guy was so good he's still getting ripped off.
