This is a simple extended edition of The Place Beyond the Pines which adds in as much footage as possible from the deleted scenes, whist maintaining continuity. While the deleted scenes only add a little to the film, they were in very good quality so I thought it was worth a shot.
  • Cut dialogue of Robin saying "but you may wanna take it, I don't know, whatever you wanna do" in the original after showing Luke the gun as it overlaps with Luke biting the apple. No footage was cut
  • Added deleted scene of Luke and Robin arguing over money. Cut beginning of the deleted scene to avoid Robin lighting his cigarette twice
  • Extended shot of Luke holding his son after hitting Kofi and leaving the house
  • Added deleted scene of Luke being brought to jail. From the deleted scene, trimmed Luke being walked to his jail cell to avoid him passing a cell twice
  • Extended shot of guard walking away after putting Luke in the cell
  • Added extended scene of Luke in cell and dialogue of other inmates heckling Luke
  • Extended shot of councillor approaching Luke in jail
  • Extended dialogue of judge reading out Luke's rights
  • Extended shot of AJ in the swimming pool
  • Added deleted scene of Rowina and Jason talking to Jason's teacher
  • Extended shot of Jason cycling to Robin's place
  • Added extended scene of Jason talking to Robin's coworker before meeting Robin
In total, 6 mins 44 secs of deleted footage was added. The A/V cuts and audio fades are all done. Only one problem - the deleted footage has a slightly different colour. I've attempted to recolour using Vegas Pro's colour match tool, but it still doesn't look the same. Any tips for colour correction in Vegas when you have footage of how the end product should look (as the deleted footage overlaps with the theatrical footage)?

Did you try a simple match color correction in Vegas? It doesn't always work, but one can get lucky and get better results than if tweaking the "wheels".
 
yeah that's what I tried, the "color match" fx, didn't quite work though (although certainly improved it). will adjust OP as I called it the wrong thing.
 
i just tried out the software, and it works really well, the deleted scenes now look almost exactly the same as the original. a big thanks to @TinyBreadMouse
 
This is complete and available. Will submit to the IFDb later today.
