its almost 4 hours long, what did you expect? it would probably look like ass on a SL DVD, and I assume he wanted to avoid a disc change.

any chance we can get a nice quality avi? i know you guys spend a good amount of time in the presentation like dvd menus, etc., but it sure is easier to download in a smaller file, than the dl dvd.

yeah, 4 hours is just too much to expect a decent shrink, and once you get to 10 passes, it doesn't mater how many you do after that. there will be no noticeable difference
 
Yes, 4 hours is a monster. Maybe some eager faneditor might want to turn this one into 3 separate movies. Just a thought. :p

I thought their was a dvd version of this instead of an avi?
 
There's both. AvP created an AVI version for those who don't want to download the larger DL DVD version.
 
AHH. Just so I know, is the dvd version still going to get a rapidshare release?

Yes, I'm uploading the RapidShare versions now. Because I'm the only seeder right now, I have to give the majority of my upload bandwidth to the torrent, so the process of uploading the RS files (all 81 of them) has been slowed greatly. I expect the RS links to be available within the next two days.
