lol. great best buy story, i have never had that kind of trouble but i must admit, I am not a fan of them - but am forced to shop there because they are basically the only game in town. trying to get them to pricematch and honor promotions has run the gamut from painless to pain in the ass, so i felt this guys pain. guess the moral is, if you have a problem, post it online. lol. wish i tried this when my first xbox died.
