I am working on a fan edit of TROS despite now having a very busy life with extremely little free time.
The wonderful community here and over at originaltrilogy.com has been an immense help and support for all my projects, and this one is proving to be especially community fueled. They’re helping me get across the finish line.
So I thought it’d be nice to have a wide variety of voices from the fan editing community feature as the civilian fleet arrives and tackles the fleet of Star Destroyers.
What I want you, yes you, to do is send me an audio recording of yourself calling out “For Skywalker!” And include any sort of comm chatter your imagined persona might say in the situation. Anything from “We believe in you, Poe,” or “Beggar’s Luck locked and loaded” or “I’m naked heeheahahahaaw.” The more I have to work with the better the end result will be.
Send me one. It’ll only take a few minutes. Either as a reply or a PM. Here or at OT.com. And since it’ll all be over commlink, it’s okay if the sound quality is absolute shit!
