OCPMOVIE’s Return Of The Ewok and other little films

The second DVD from the creator of Deleted Magic.

Orange Cow Productions is proud to present “Return Of The Ewok and Other Little Films.”

This classic 24-minute film stars Warwick Davis as he tries to become a star – shot on the
sets of Return of the Jedi, the film features your favorite Star Wars stars (Harrison Ford,
Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, David Prowse, Jeremy Bulloch),
as well as veteran actor Roy Kinnear.

I’d like to thank Skot the man Kirkwood for digging up a tape of Return Of The Ewok that
some fan shot with a camcorder at a screening. I’ve done a restoration job on it, as best I
could, and I’m proud to provide it on DVD.

Extra stuff on the disc includes new “Deleted Magic” edits of the deleted Treadwell and Jabba
scenes from Star Wars, with the Biggs, Chief Bast and Cantina scenes …

You’ll also get a good transfer of The Making of Star Wars Special Edition (1997), along with
other classic stuff -

+ Commercial for C-3POs
+ Burger Chef Commercial (1977)
+ Hi-Vision – George Lucas Japanese commercial
+ “The Creatures Go To England” – Return of the Jedi (from Classic Creatures/From Star Wars to Jedi)
+ Donny and Marie Osmond Star Wars Tribute (1977)
+ The Muppet Show with Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and R2-D2
+ Mark Hamill intro to Star Wars on TV (1984)
+ Star Tours Ride Video
+ THX Soundtrack! narrated by James Earl Jones

I cleaned up the cover and disc art for this. No major changes to sluggo's work, just tweaked the text clarity, spelling, borders, spacing...things like that. PM me if you want it.

I downloaded this this weekend and played it in VLC on my computer. Return of the Ewok played fine but Donny and Marie, The Muppet Show, and one of the other show (I forget which) plays either squished or stretched really bad. I was wondering if this is an issue with VLC or is it truly that way?

You can change the AR in vlc manually. :)

I haven't looked into that but my question is, is VLC showing it the way it would show on a TV if I burned it and played it in a DVD player? If it is then there is a serious problem with this. If it is not and it's something in VLC that's going screwy then it's ok to burn.

Plays fine ok my end.

That's good.
Do you have VLC that you can test it and see if it's just me?

Thats what i tried it on, its all spose to be 4.3.

*I love how it encourages someone to start a new thread if a topic hasn't been posted in for a while :D*

I've had this one for a long time now and it's definitely one of the most unique Star Wars fan discs out there. Before this, I'd only seen a still shot or two in magazines, and when you watch it, you think 'I can't believe I'm seeing the whole thing!' The quality is the best available, which is pretty rough at times, but mostly ok. It's so cool that a large part of the cast got in on this. You can tell they loved cute little Warwick. :) Lots of other goodies make this a definite to add to your Star Wars shelf. (you do have Star Wars shelves, right?)
