I love the character of Peter Pan, but I can't in good conscience watch this movie with my kiddos without skipping all of the scenes with the Neverland Indians beyond Tigerlily's rescue. This edit is not meant as a political statement (please don't even post anything like that as it violates our rules), rather a way for me to be more respectful towards a representation of cultures that I very much admire and hope that my children will never view in the way this movie depicts of such cultures.

Cuts and Additions
-Cut Tinkerbell flying over the mirror and body image issues scene
-Looped "Following the Leader" song to remove the verse about finding the Indians
-Fade out "Following the Leader" song right before they discover the footprints
-Cut scenes with Tigerlily's tribe
-Crossfade transition from Smee being told to get Tinker bell, to him finding and capturing her to mirror transition to Tigerlily's tribe, but removing that sequence all together.
-Crossfade to Wendy singing to the kids to put them to sleep to remove the lost boy caricatures of the Neverland Indians

Ooh, I was actually watching a youtuber named LS Mark rank all the Disney movies, & when they got to Peter Pan I thought "I wonder if anyone edited out the scenes with the natives." I'm greatly looking forward to how this edit turns out!

Thanks for the review @ParanoidAndroid !

While I think that 1953's Peter Pan is one of the weakest films in the Disney animated canon (overly cartoony for me and missing so much of the book/play) it certainly still has its place, It is definitely more suitable for younger audiences than the 2003 live-action version (which I grew up with and adored) barring of course a not-insignificant portion of the runtime that likely feels rather awkward to most viewers nowadays.

Consequently, DigMod's deletions make for much easier watching in my case, as far as I can tell the cuts are invisible and I found no indications that this it is an unofficial edit. The only slight issue in my opinion is that Tiger Lily now comes and goes very quickly, but with the available material that can hardly be helped.
