.nzb conversion to a movie

Would someone please explain how to convert a .nzb file into a movie? I've downloaded a few of these, but the solutions I get when searching for a conversion method don't seem to work.
 
NZB are container files much like torrent except they are for Usenet. You need a Usenet account to use them.
