It's ok to say "Cowboys" here.

I intended a different way of saying that name.  I thought it would be frowned upon so I censored it.

I’ve been sick in bed all day so I’m just glad it turned into a good game after that snoozefest of a first half. Unfortunately, both teams didn’t lose as was my hope.

Why would you hope for that? It can’t happen.  The game could have ended in a tie, but it would be impossible for both teams to lose the game.

I can't tell if inclusion of Ric Olie makes this thread better, or if inclusion of Ric Olie makes Ric Olie worse.

Ric Olie by definition never makes anything worse.

Ok, I don’t  care what condition Wentz’s back is in or how fast it heals.  I say stick with Foles for the rest of the season.

Dear Bears and Frink,

Thank for helping the Eagles get into the playoffs.

But now, we must break you.

Warbler and the Eagles

P.S.

Eh it's fine.  I'm already over it lol.

Time for a new kicker though.  Unless they start awarding points for hitting the uprights and/or crossbar.

If that had happened to my team, we wouldn’t be over it for a long, long time.

I have found in the past 5 years or so, as a rough estimate, bad beats in sports just don't bother me as much anymore.

If the Cubs hadn't won a World Series I'd feel different about them.  But I saw a Bears Super Bowl title in my lifetime.  It's fine.  The fact that your Eagles won their title last year and you're still so emotional about this year is weird to me.

Not sure why it seems weird to you.  People in my area are passionate when it comes to the Eagles.

Yep, lock up your D batteries and spread that Crisco on the lampposts!
