Mystery Incorporated

What’s up gang! First off we just wanted to say thank you. We are blown away at the continued positive response and love from all of you for the pilot episode of “Mystery Incorporated” and we are overwhelmed with your exclaimed want and need for more episodes! We know we have had to remain relatively tight lipped about the future and that’s just something that comes along with this business. As much as we want to share everything we have going on, often times we just aren’t able to divulge everything. However, while we still can’t completely draw back the curtain we have been given the green light to release a few details. We’re not done, far from it! We are ready to continue filming, we’re just on a hold for a few reasons.

1. Episode two has been in various stages of production for some time. We were slated to film the episode last December but had to push production due to a cast member illness. Shortly after, our Director and DP, Dante, booked an amazing opportunity and has been in Canada working on a huge project. He is slated to be back this December and we plan on hitting the ground running as soon as he’s back.

2. In the meantime, we have been putting in the work to making this show bigger and better but also doing it on a grander scale. We are currently having the conversations needed to take this to the next level, minimize the wait time between episodes and eliminate the need for crowd funding. (That is all we can say about this at the current time.)

We apologize for the delays and promise we are not gone, we’re very much alive! We’ve just had to pause the socials for the time being until we straightened out what we could make public. This industry can be tricky sometimes, even major studios experience delays so we appreciate your understanding!

Being able to do it on a bigger scale with no crowd funding required? Sounds like they've maybe got the backing of an independent and might even be working through legal channels
 
Small update, but according to followers of their instagram, the second episode goes before the cameras this December
 
I Still don't get why The CW didn't go for this, but tried for THE POWERPUFF GIRLS?!
 
The CW would be the perfect network for this actually. Not just because that's the one run by WB, but because it perfectly fits with the vibe of other CW shows like Supernatural and Riverdale.
 
News on what's being causing pauses in production (conveniently uploaded after fans threatened to report them and shut down the campaign for taking such a long gap between status updates, which is apparently a violation of terms and services)

Hey gang!

Sorry for the gap between updates. The strike threw us all for a loop and as a project under SAG we wanted to make sure we were standing in line with all of our brothers and sisters in both the SAG and WGA strikes. After the strikes, things got crazy. Our director Dante is still in Canada as the strikes delayed most everything that was in production at the time including the things he's been working on. Once we have updates on his return we'll have updates as to when we can resume production. There's also much more happening behind the scenes that unfortunately we aren't able to speak on as of yet but we are hoping these things will finalize soon and we can share them with you all. Sorry for the lack of updates, we're working as hard as we can and it can be a mentally exhausting task to feel like we are coming back to you guys with no progress when really we've been working exhaustingly fighting towards every avenue for this project. Keep up the faith! We love you guys and hope you all understand.
