Mp4 with multiple audio mixes

I have a 7 gb mp4 of king kong vs godzilla with multiple audio mixes and 1 english subtitle attached.
my question is can i load that in adobe media encoder or premiere pro and output it to a smaller file size but keep all audio mixes.
thanks in advance

Handbrake should be able to compress that for you. I know it can handle multiple streams. Alternatively, demux it, compress the video with handbrake and then remux the audio streams.
