Good. I hope the guy gets some justice.

Legally attacking the guy who owns Megaupload for the misuse of it by its members is like the police discovering that someone has illegal drugs in their Public Storage unit, and then suing Public Storage rather than the perpetrator.
 
They should find him guilty of having a stupid name.

The closest precedence i can think of where a law effects the owner like this was. Few years back one state was cracking down on raves. They did so by making it where if someone alows thier building for a rave and cops bust it. The owner/operator is in so much trouble its not funny. Mind you this was 5 years ago or so. So i dont remember all the details

But it seemed relevant
