April produced the most dramatic FEOTM contest in recent memory. TMBTM's Alien-Ate and Thunderclap's Northwest Passage stayed neck and neck for nearly the entire month, rarely separated by more than 2 votes. After concluding the regular voting period with 15 votes each (65% of the vote), the two edits were pitted in a tie-breaker poll which again went down to the wire. In the end Northwest Passage received the final vote to break what looked like another tie.

Congratulations Thunderclap, and thank you to all editors who released in April.

So now onto May!
