Is it me or does the Snyder Cut footage look as bright as the theatrical cut?

I need to take a little break from that project now, but I've just put together beta version (720p mp4 4GB - available now). Any feedback would be appreciated and may help with making final version better.

It seems I've just decided what will be Stage 3 for this whole project.

Some random effect from Film effects in Sony Vegas.
It should have new black bars added to mask it, but that's only quick test edit made for fun, not completed scene.

Probably 80% completed.
I still need to add some music here and there, and create new opening titles (and maybe end credits). Running time is around 140 minutes. It is based on my Remixed edit, the same restructure of the story, the exact same reframing, but over 50 minutes shorter - most of the backstories are cut or edited down, this cut will be more of a fast and fun action movie. Some theatrical additions not present in remixed version will be added too (for example the scene with Aquaman being honest). No epilogue at all, this edit will end just after the shot of the victorious league.

Can someone recommend some nice grindhouse fonts?

As for the music - songs by Ennio Morricone, Miklos Rozsa, Danny Elfman, Lalo Schiffrin, The Brothers, The Soul Machine, Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath, The Doors, Queen, Eric Clapton, Rare Earth, Rolling Stones, Blue Swede and some others are included. Also, some music from 70s porn movies :)

It's nice and funny, but doesnt really fit to overall feeling of the whole edit, which is mostly 60/70s.

On the other hand I've put there couple of songs from the 80s (and even one quite new from 2012), but they were so perfect for the scenes, that I just couldn't resist. Here, the version I used, just fits better from my point of view.

It does fit. It's a song which I always associate with Reservoir Dogs, which while not grindhouse, is by Quentin Tarantino, who pretty much started the modern day grindhouse revival, so it all comes together.

I said that Hasselhoff doesnt fit in my edit.
Not Blue Swede song which was one of two ideas from which the whole project started.

Ok, so you say that it does fit.
I've never said it doesnt. So what was your point exactly?

I was just confirming your point (re: "Here, the version I used, just fits better from my point of view.") Guess it came out weird or something, sorry about that.

OK. All clear now. :)
Misunderstanding came from quoting my whole post, so I wasn't sure what are you refering to.
Tarantino's influence is a sure thing here. I've even chose some music from old spaghetti westerns ("Navajo Joe") only to realize it was used by him in Kill Bill.
