Multiupload, megaupload, and zshare support resuming and are the fastest.
Multiupload and zshare even allow multiple connections

Also, multiupload's batch uploader tool is actually quite good.

I looked into it last night. I didn't see a way of configuring it to upload to my accounts specifically at RS and MU?

Looking into getting it on MU. Wished I'd heard of Multiupload a week ago! Samantha Darko is now up on both servers.
