What is a good DVD RIPPER to use to convert to AVI. I need one that'll Make the AVI file one complete file....THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!
 
i use nero
 
I would use anydvd, pgcdemux, muxman and then autogk. Great avi.
 
AnyDVD to remove encryption/region. DVDDecrypter (in IFO mode, and set file splitting to None in Options, IFO tab) to rip VOBs to HDD. AutoGK to convert to XviD.

OR

FairUse Wizard 2, pop in the DVD, follow the wizard. DVD -> XviD (or x264, etc).

That's how I do it. If you want to use one of these methods (recommended as it's easier than the other ways, except maybe Nero hehe) and need help, tips, proper settings - just ask. ;)
