I need help converting a .mkv file (1 video and 1 audio track) to an avi. I tried using ffmpegx and other pc programs but have had no help from either. I tried using imkvextract and that did not help either... any suggestions? PLEASE!!!!
 
can it be played in media player?
 
No... It plays in VLC... I want to make it avi so I can watch it on my TV's Divx player.
