windows explorer pops up with the iso image displayed

It sounds like you have burnt the ISO as a data file

This http://www.google.com/search?q=burn+iso+in+nero&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 google search has lots of tutorials for burning an ISO using Nero

Alternatively,

download ImgBurn

- much easier

http://www.imgburn.com/

You select the img with the browse box

Then press the Burn button

I always check the verify box too (this reads the burned DVD against the original ISO and checks the data integrity) - it takes longer but is definitely worth it

Hope that sorts you out

cheers to boon for putting up the ntsc version - might have better luck with this one - cheers to boon and f1209 for all your help and ideas
