Another something I whipped up for my own use - generic blank covers. These are good for simple labeling and organizing stuff you have like discs that have yet to be properly edited, personal recordings that you don't plan on releasing or any other situation where you need to make notes of what's in the case but don't have the time, energy or resources to generate a formal cover.
ZIP includes covers for all the common spine sizes from 1/4" slim up to 1 1/2" 12 disc.
